Exhibition Talk. On July 21, 2012 Stanley was the featured speaker at the Stratford Shakespeare Festival of Canada's Exhibition Talk as part of the celebration of the Festival's 60th season.


Nanook of the North. On May 27, 2010 TCM aired the American Film Institute's restored version of NANOOK OF THE NORTH. The broadcast, hosted by Robert Osborne, featured the Silverman score performed by Tashi.


Remembering Leon Kirchner. An article by Stanley featured on New Music Box.


Capeman in the Park. Stanley’s Tony nominated orchestrations were heard in the Public Theater’s presentation of Paul Simon’s The Capeman at the Delacorte in Central Park, August 14-16, 2010.

Columbia Records' re-release of ELEPHANT STEPS. Masterworks Broadway series including a filmed interview.On June 3, 2013, the CD will be released by Sony / Columbia Masterworks available on iTunes, Amazon & Arkiv.


Complete & Original Recording of Selavy Released. The first complete original cast recording of Doctor Selavy's Magic Theatre (1972) was released on August 23, 2011 and made available for download on iTunes, Amazon, or from select stores.


Stanley Conducting Weill. The Threepenny Opera/ 1976 Public Theater Revival has been reissued on CD by Sony Masterworks Broadway and is available from ArkivMusic and Amazon.

Publishing news

Stanley is pleased to announce that his concert music is available for performance through Subito Music. The entire catalog will be represented for mechanical licensing by BMG Chrysalis.


Stage Works will be available at Concord Theatricals. Early works published by Sony ATV and available through Music Sales Classical.
